Born Harrogate 18.12.73.
Son of former Leeds and Scotland legend Eddie Gray, this utility
player arrived from Celtic on transfer deadline day 1998 for
£100,000. A good passer of the ball who looks comfortable in
possession, Gray signed for the Parkhead club from Celtic Boys
Club in 1992. Brought up in Yorkshire but a Scotland under
21 international. Suffered with injury for much of last season,
but played regularly when fit and now well settled into the
left-back/wingback position.
