Född i Liberia den 2 juni 1973.
The 25-year-old striker signed a two-year contract in July 1998.
Born in Liberia, Mass began his career with Mighty Barrolle Sports
Club of Monrovia, the capital of Liberia in 1988. In 1990 he moved
to AS Monaco where he spent five years in France including a loan
spell with Division Two Club Ales. Sarr joined Hajduk Split of
Croatia in 1995 where he made 50 appearances, scoring 18 goals.
Capped over 40 times at international level for Liberia, he has
been a regular in the squad since he was a teenager, and was
brilliant and frustrating in equal measure in his first season
at Madejski Stadium. Missed the early part of the new season after
a cartilage operation.
