These are the members of Rammstein. They come from the German cities Berlin and Schwerin. It's hard to define their music, cause it's not like any other music. This is how I would explain it, some sorta mix of guitar based industrial and metal with very good lyrics. The best way is to buy their CD and judge for yourself. You could get an opinion by listening to my soundclips but I strongly recommend you to buy their CD. In 1993 they made thier first demo. 2 years later the released their first single with the song "Du riechst so Gut". In 1995 they also released their first and so far only album "Herzeleid". Their International breakthrough came with the sound track to the "Lost Highway" movie. There was 2 songs from Rammstein on this sound track "Heirate mich" and "Rammstein". In 1997 they released another single called "Engel". This singel comes from their second album "Sehnsucht". I think this album will be released somewhere between August and September. |
