1996-11-23 Radio 11 de Octubre 4632.47 0950-1025 Cobija; Iberoamerican pops and ID. This CP broadcaster which is using now new SW transmitter, was first noted in early October, but no ID has been heard. But finally I got its ID as "Este sonido estereofonico en FM es de Radio 11 de Octubre." It seems that the former Radio Guayaramerin's SW transmitter was sold to Radio 11 de Octubre in Cobija.(TIN) DXWin 40

1996-10-01 R. 11 de Octubre 4632.44 0945-1030 Tlk by M at t/in and 1 actuality, so possibly nx. 0948-0953 instru. mx w/W voice-over, then long block of ads and/or promos from 0955-1004 w/ments of "...la voz de...", provincia, and poss. Peru. Then at 1004 the signal picked up slightly for a nice canned slow ID by W over flute and piano as: "...R. Once de Octubre ?? Pando Bolivia....para la emisore la ?? R. Once de Octubre....radio". A musical jingle ad followed, then another very similar ID at 1005 by same W as: "Escreva la emisore compania, R. Once de Octubre, sonido estereo... (pause for mx) ?? R. Once de Octubre". It was still going at 1020 w/roomy-sounding tlk by M. Fading badly by 1030. VERY surprised to ID this!!! Weak w/some SSB and lcl QRM. Almost gave up on it. A rare catch I'm sure.
