horn solomusic that I often hear on Bolivian stations. 0005 Spanish announcements by man. Same type of music and occasional talk by man until 0032 when there may have been accordian music. Talk was very plain with no echo or SFX. Never did catch an id and there is plenty of UTC traffic here making things difficult.
