(Some years ago, Savia Andina was one of the first modern groups - and the most prominent - to popularize traditional Bolivian folk music with the young people in the cities & bring it some international attention. Savia Andina's Eddy Navia, one of the best charango players of all time, is now part of the US-based Andean group Sukay.
