Radio San Francisco Solano, Peru

The station was not easily audible in Lima, because of tremendous QRM from R Huanta 2000 on 4746.7v kHz.
I first heard this new Peruvian broadcaster at 0200-0230 on October 15, 1995. Valses peruanos and greetings to listeners in Sondorillo, Huancabamba, Ayabaca, Chiclayo etc. ID:
"Esta es la señal transmitida desde Radio San Francisco Solano, la Voz de la Parroquia de San Miguel de Sóndor y Sondorillo. Sigan con nosotros, porque estamos siempre pensando en Ud. y su familia."
Thanks to Henrik Klemetz & Richard McVicar for this tip (TIN) first noted Augsut 11 at 0110 with Venezuelan "technopop" and extremely fast speaker. Greetings to listeners in Huancabamba, Jaén, San Ignacio, Sónder etc gave a rough idea of the location of this station, which seemed to ID as "Radio San Francisco" 0135.
On August 12 s/on at 0000, slop from R Huanta 2000 on 4746.7 until their s/off 0050. QTH info: "estudios ubicados en la parroquia de San Miguel de Sóndor". At s/off 0236 mention of 89.1 and 4750. At s/off 0302 8/9 I clearly heard another word in addition to "Radio San Francisco" and that the slogan was "La Voz de la Parroquia de San Miguel de Sóndor y Sondorillo". The DJ bid goodnight as Franciscan do, "Paz y bien".
On September 9 there was a slow-speaking DJ by the name of Luis Alberto Castillo, hosting the show "Al ritmo de la noche". Thanks to this gentleman and to my Almanaque del Peru the ID was established as R San Francisco Solano which is the name of a Spaniard who settled in Peru in the 16th Century, later to be canonized.
