1995-09-03 Radio Imperial 6420.3 2018 with Ecuadorian folk songs, TCs and IDs as Radio Imperial. Peruvian cumbia pop. I imagine that this is Radio Imperial from Huancabamba, moved from 6544 kHz, but signals were very poor. Considering the constant state of flux of radio in northern Peru, I'm not assuming anything.
