very good signal, very little sporadic interference from UTE, program of beautiful Peruvian music with announcements by man. Several IDs by announcer, including, "Radio La Hora desde Cusco" and TCs. At the end of two IDs, after giving the time and saying "Radio La Hora", the announcer said something which sounded like "Qosco Llactic Taquinin", a program which has been reported by TIN as having been formerly on this station but (I think) was discontinued. See: Relampago DX Nos. 46, 56 and 70. I could be completely wrong about this and I will certainly defer to those who can hear and understand this station better than I can. I also heard a recorded announcement about an upcoming bullfight. (Lazarus, October 5) |
