I'm 100% sure about the street name, but only pretty sure about the number. It probably doesn't matter. Good signals Aug. 28. Heard agn w/good signals at 2346 UTC. The anncr was the same both times and spoke quite clearly. Judging by the number of saludos he gave and some letters he read, I'm guessing that this station has already been on for several weeks.
