BACKROUND OF TAVI NOREN

I was born on a hot day in june, in new york. My mother, Inga, being swedish, had come here to work for a year but ended upp staying for 11 years, after meeting my father. 3 years after my birth, my family decided to move to stocholm, sweden. This is were I grew up and was raised. Stockholm is a beautiful city and a great place to grow up. It has a lot of history, and beautiful scenery.

When I turned 16, after finishing high school in sweden we decided to move back to the U.S. During the following 5 years I lived for shorter periods in New york, Virginia, and Las vegas, but ended up staying for the last 3 1\2 years in Phoenix, Arizona, a great big city in the middle of the american-south western desert.

I went to college here(SCC) and recived an associates degree in science, after 2 years. Then in jan-96, I started at Arizona State University, where I studied full-time for 1 semester. Besides studying a lot, I worked as a bartender at a very popular night club called 411, where most of the clientel were students. I had a great time during my college years in Arizona, and learned a great deal, not only educationally, but, life-experience as well.

In the summer of 96 I decided to return to sweden, and moved to Uppsala where my brother Rod lives. At this time he owned a nightclub-restaurant. He got me a job there as a bartender, and it was fun being back in Sweden. I always had an interest for technology, especially computers, so I also started to look at oppertunities to work in this field. In fall of 97 I started to work at a company called Kasan Electronics(branch of Cycore), which specializes in 3D visualization integrated in ordinary IT concepts, mainly Internet commerce. Here I worked as a 3d modeller. I mainly relayed on 3d Studio Max 2.5, to model and create animations for all types of objects on specified customer request. For texture correction I used Photoshop.

I decided I wanted to get a braoder IT kwnoledge besides 3d-modelling, and in Fall-99 I was accepted as a student at NIS(Networks Information System). Here I am now attending an 80-points IT program during 18 months. Its a very good education which will give me a clear edge in the job market.

Thanks for your interest.
